I finally went swimming with Dear after having the thought for such a long time.

It was a fine day, not very sunny yet not too cold either. Thumbs up! Haha. We swam a few lapse and relaxed before having lunch at Nihon Mura.

Hmm.. it's indeed true that the sushi are not as good compared to other sushi restaurants.
Well.. we pay for the quality don't we, so for sushi that costs 99 cents per plate.. what more can we expect. Haha. But since it's cheap and accessible, it's worth a try lah.


I felt so extremely exhausted after the swim so I had to go home to nap while Dear go for work.

I guess I just slacked too much that eventually I was running late for an appointment at Tanjong Pagar, so I rushed out of home forgetting my ezlink card. I was already halfway to the MRT station when I realised I didn't have the card with me so I called me mum to throw it out of the kitchen window while I grab it downstairs.

But then! Suay suay the wind had to blow when my mum threw the card wrapped in newspaper, and it actually got blown away and was caught in a tree! I was totally stunned. I had just bought concession a week ago and no way I'm gonna lose that card. In the end, my mum had to go to a neighbour's house on the 6th level and request for them to help retrieve the card using 3 connected bamboo sticks! Luckily it worked.

However, I was delayed and had missed the appointment time. Felt really moody. Things got better only after I met up with Jiesi, WY and Xian in town for the night. Had a fantastic time with them and we're in the midst of planning for our Bintan trip.

Pray hard it'll be finalized soon. =D

Dinner was with Jiesi and Angeline on last monday evening after I finished Korean lesson in school.

Had fried rice and bubble tea at the Tea Shake Hut in Bugis Junction. It used to be very good but now the quality really drop man. Disappointed.

We then had our dessert at MOF, where we continued our chat and gossips. Haha.

The mango ice is nice.. though I found it slightly too sweet.

Will be going swimming with the girls soon... I hope.. =D

It would be handed it tml for marking and after that we would have to do an oral presentation as part of the CA Test!

Dinner with Xiaotian and Ade

The night out with two of my primary school best friends yesterday was fantastic!



Jas brought us to a tiny yet cozy Japanese-curry rice restaurant in Haji Lane for dinner.

Decided to go for Curry Chicken Karage and the food is good!



Hmm.. photography wasn't allowed in the shop so we didn't really take any photos there.

Nevertheless, the food was good, the company was good and we enjoyed a hearty chat session.









Jas then led us down a few alleys to a nearby shop where we relaxed and had our dessert. She always got so many 好介绍！LOL!

The little boutique sells many unique designer products, ranging from clothes & accessories to lamps and even toothbrush! Needless to say, of course they're expensive lah!

Yoohoo! Haven't been updating for awhile. Blog's in the process of rotting...

Anyway, I was kept preoccupied almost everyday for the past few weeks. It feels good to have lots of time to do other things instead of studying, but of course, I still need to keep up with korean.

I caught 2 of the more recent movies recently...

What Happens In Vegas

Strongly recommended! The flow of the storyline is very nice and the casts acted well too.

I feel that it's abit waste of time to watch it as the storyline sucks.

Anyway, it's just a brainless show lah. No wonder they got Paris Hilton to cast in it. =X



Off to Malacca on the long weekend before Vesak Day...

Had Chendol (yum yum!) at Jonker Street and explored interesting stuffs at their shophouses.

Didn't stay till evening to walk their night market as the weather was really hot and humid, causing all of us to be tired and listless, so we decided to have dinner and stayed over at Grandma's house instead.

Further back ago, I met up with the DnD peeps for our DnD meeting held at Millenia Walk's Burger King.It wasn't exactly the ideal meeting place as the sitting positions were unsuitable for everyone to hold their discussions effectively.

Anyway, we celebrated Derek's super-belated Bday with a nice big Chocolate Banana cake.

Next up, Korean lessons on Wednesday and Thursday... Monday's lesson was postponed due to Vesak Day..

I'm beginning to feel sick of taking the MRT! @.@

Today's Korean lesson is speedy!


We were introduced to so so many new alphabets and words I could hardly absorbed them effectively. Lesson was from 1.30pm to 6pm, with a half an hour's break time in between.


As usual, my attention span couldn't last that long. Started feeling tired on the 2nd half of the lesson. But fortunately, I didn't fell aslp today.


Oh yah.. we learnt to sing the ''Da Chang Jin'' OST today!!! LOL! It was interesting, but most of us were just too shy to sing out loud, and probably couldn't read the words fast enough to follow to song too. Haha!

We were also given a short listening and writing quiz + lots and lots of hw!


I know I need to discipline myself to do the hw and practices earlier instead of leaving them till the night exactly before the lesson. ^^

Met up with Gf today! Happy happy day! Haha!

Lunched at Marina Square LJS then walk walk around to look for mummy's present.

Had a great time with her just doing nothing, chatting about everything under the sun, under the moon and under the stars.... LOL!

We also went to "ka-jiao" WY at her workplace.

Then continued our chit-chatting at Anderson's Ice-cream.

Since Gf has started schooling now, with slack timetable, I think we're both very free and hopefully can meet up again soon. =D

Today is the 1st day I'm finally able to rest at home since the day after exams / start of holidays.

Went jogging with Dear yesterday as I was surprisingly in a mood for some adrenaline rush.
However, to my disappointment, I nearly died twice.

Maybe it was due to the fact that I haven exactly ran for like hundred years? Other than the times I chased after buses in campus. I could only made it for a short distance before I started gasping for breathe and felt damn giddy.

Nvm... I will be exercising more during this holiday.

K-box with Latte!

I just can't seem to change my old habit!

Being the Little Miss Late as usual, I was the last one to meet up with the peeps at K-box Marina today! Was supposed to meet them at 1.30pm but I woke up late, took my time to bathe, to have lunch and to travel. So in the end, I arrived at 3pm!

Nevertheless, I think this was one of the best K-box session I had with my friends. Had lots of fun and even though I don't sing that well, I don't feel too bad. Cuz' every now and then, someone would definitely make a joke of themselves. LOL! Oops.. =X

As Mie Lin says, the night is still young when the others had to leave. So Charis, Mie Lin and I went shopping crazy at Bugis till their shops closed. LOL!

Post-exams thoughts!

Life's been great ever since semestral exams ended on the 29th April.

I've completed Year 1 in Uni!!! I find it hard to accept the fact that time just seem to pass so quickly! I'll be starting school in August as a Year 2 students! O.o

Anyway school's not all over yet. Starting next monday I'll be travelling back to NTU every Monday and Thursday for the entire month of May to attend Korean Language Classes. Then there's the exam on 11th June. (if I remembered correctly.. haha)

I hope it's gonna be fun and interesting!!! ^^

..... and hopefully I won't end up wasting my SU credits on it.



Finally... all lined-up with post-exams activities!

On the last day of our paper.. we went to NTU's Sakae Sushi for buffet!! Eat till they're broke =X before we went gaming at Jurong Point's arcade.

Went shopping-crazy with the girls the next day and I'm sure all of us are pretty much satisfied with our buys. Haha.

Lunch-ed with Dear today before I went back to NTU to vacate my hostel room. There were hell loads of stuffs to be removed from the room!
